  • Fill our Registration Form
  • We initiate Full Scale Survey within your organisation (or Business Units).
  • Based on manager mapping and using our proprietary framework by Great Manager Institute™, we come up with a ‘People Manager Effectiveness Index’ of the organisation with respect to people managers.
  • We also come up with internal (within organisation or business unit) ranking of people managers.
  • Post completion of our survey by December 2018, companies are ranked based on their scores on people manager perception.
  • If you choose to do so, managers of your organisation are recognised amongst managers across industries and organisations at the same level.
  • In the process, we create organisation specific reports, business unit specific reports, and manager scorecards that serve the following purpose:
    • Provides benchmarks and best practices based on industries showing areas of improvement needed to become better Great People Manager™ Companies (companies that nurture Great People Managers™)
    • Provides organisation specific, business unit specific, and manager specific areas of improvement and growth
    • Helps you understand specific areas of strengths and weaknesses of managers and help in taking decisions on the right role fitment for them.
