If personal connect can be established by leaders in ways that can engage their team members, they can achieve their goals in a much better and faster manner.
This, and the reason that our UX person likes this course the most, makes “Personal Connect to Engage” as the first course that we have made live outside of the Great Manager Institute Certification environment.
And our first batch of students have also started coming in today. Now, as mentioned in one of the previous stories, we have never believed in the idea of an independent course creating a major impact, but we have realized the importance of such independent courses in the lives and works of many. It may not need lead to behavioral evolution but it will definitely help them learn some new skill!
