Is Innovation a function of how you manage your relationships with people around you?
We have found outputs based on basic analytics that certain behaviors of a leader are directly correlated to lack of innovation within their team. The mindset of innovation is directly connected to people management. And since mindset depends on this, we have also noticed that various actions that are integral to innovation within an organization get missed out based on people management style of the leader.
