I have spoken previously on how we are focusing on product managers with a special product for them that evaluates their product management skills in the wake of their people management style. We believe its important for a product manager to understand what it takes in going from good to great. The difference between good and great largely comes from the style of managing people relationships, and its important for a product manager to understand their style of people management to become a better product manager.
