We have initiated a new campaign, starting with selected companies, to make them accept Great Manager Profile created by Great Manager Institute as part of their recruitment policy. Today marks the initiation of the campaign, and some companies close to us are being on-boarded.
When we say recruitment policy, what we mean is asking for the “people manager profile” of the candidate applying for a managerial position of the company. And if they don’t have it yet, the company itself can ask the candidate to undergo the people manager profile evaluation and assessment.
This is what will bring in a change in the recruitment process, effectively establishing the importance of people management at the top right from the start.
