Under Keshav Goyal’s leadership, the company carries out skill development workshops, activities focused on the development of the employees not just on the professional front but also in any area of life in which they require some guidance. This is done to bring the workers from the bottom of the organisational hierarchy to the top, alongside the management. His leadership skills got him recognised in the list of the Top 100 Great People Managers of 2021 Great Manager Institute®, published in Forbes India.

“Making sure my team’s voices are heard.”

Every 2 months, an employee gets a chance to research and practice a new area of knowledge related to their business and share their thoughts and learnings with the team leader or supervisor. This practice is carried out to encourage employees and build their confidence as well as blur the barriers lying between them and the top management.

“Whenever I see that an employee has gone above and beyond what was asked of them and performs exceptionally well, I make sure to appreciate them in front of everyone else.”

This initiative serves two purposes; acknowledgement of the efforts of those who worked hard and motivation for others to work harder. This is done by instantly giving the well-performed a day off and that’s how they make their own Sunday!
