Chaitanya has hands-on large Industry experience at a senior level as a Senior Vice President, Vice President (Finance), General Manager – for more than 20 years. He has also been a Visiting Faculty at eminent Management Institutes. For the last 25 years, he has been practising Management Advisor to SMEs. Assignments mainly included Mentoring & Hand-holding of SMEs and SME Owners – for Growth Navigation.

 

He has also authored a book ‘What Indian SMEs Need”.

 

He focuses on integrating Business Planning with Financial Planning. Building effective organization with strong systems & processes with integrated MIS – for Profit Planning and Monitoring. He is a Chartered-cum-Cost Accountant with a Masters’ degree in Finance. He has also completed his Ph.D in SMEs. His focus is mainly on Optimization of Capacity Utilization and building Credibility through good governance.
