I joined GMI as a part-time content writer during MBA. While it's usually difficult to balance academics and work, GMI's flexible culture encouraged intermittent contributions rather than boxing it into hours or days. During my MBA placements, I chose GMI over other offers - because the founders nurtured the individual strengths of every person and inspired me to bring my best to work everyday. With this I shifted to a full-time Sales and Customer Success role, leading impactful initiatives and delivery on some key projects, & also became a part of the leadership team at a very young age.
