With a master's degree in Personnel Management from the prestigious institute of TISS, Prasenjit Bhattacharya has worked in great organisations like HSBC and Great Place to Work® India . In April 2018 he took the giant step of Co-founding The Great Manager Institute®.

Dalreen Patrao,

Co-Founder and Director

By being part of the Learning & Development function in various organizations in the Telecom and Retail Industry for 7 years, Dalreen Patrao has experience in understanding organization strategy and aligning the training needs and deliverables to the same. Her core competencies include Culture Transformation & change management, Employee diagnostics, People Practice assessment and re-design, Leadership Capability and Development, Learning and Development process design and implementation, Business Development.

Ashwin Srivastava,


He is a Venture Capitalist and Angel Investor with experience in private equity investments, startup funding, and acquisitions; along with successful serial entrepreneurship of building multiple multi-million dollar companies (in India and UAE) from scratch and exiting at appropriate stages.
